The sterling silver sea turtle climbing over aquamarine gemstone chips in this approximately
1.5" oval wood pendant looked like a Dennys. Aquamarine, apatite, and tanzanite gemstone
chips fill the natural Japanese pagoda wood bezel that's paired with a 48" hand-dyed silk ribbon
for a colorful, fun necklace. Tanzanite is a blue-purple variety of zoisite from Tanzania and
Pakistan, intense blue-green apatite is a phosphate mineral likely forming in pegmatites as a
gem-like material, and aquamarine is a blue variety of beryl (emerald is a green variety). Dennys
climbs these treasures in a leisurely manner in this pendant necklace. The silk ribbon is hand-dyed
in jewel-like colors.
